Lois Lane and Clark Kent teed off at the driving range one sunny afternoon; Clark watched Lois enviously because despite being Superman, he was not a very good golfer -- Lois, however, was, and as she went to retrieve another bucket of golf balls, PGA champion Phil Mickelson (who just so happened to be standing beside Clark) turned and offered Clark some pointers which Clark followed and greatly improved his game; all of this is inconsequential, really, because the story I am about to weave before your eyes truly begins when Lois Lane witnesses a horriffic murder, and becomes a target to a dangerous masquerading madman.

"BL" means "Bulwar-Lytton" (the name of the challenge) -- the episode was "Witness." (I never use those episode acronyms because I also can NEVER remember them!)
