In the episode
Brutal Youth people, most notably Jimmy, aged rapidly until they died of old age.
It's happening again only in reverse: somebody is de-aging, getting younger, or just flat-out became a kid once more.
RULES:
1. One of Clark or Lois needs to stay the same age, while the other gets younger.
2. The story must take place in Smallville
3. The problem must last longer than a week
