Well, we ARE getting near the end, so there had to be some kind of resolution.

I'm very surprised that the comments on the Shadow's/Lois's parts have been more or less non-existent. More people seem to be worried about Margot stealing Clark from Lois.

Nice that Lois now has her way home. Tempus may finally have annoyed the wrong superhero. Looking forward to seeing how they take care of Tempus and where you take this next.

It was somewhat reminiscent of Batman and Robin. Actually, this was a new experience for The Shadow. He had always acted alone. In his defense, he was still recovering from his injuries and that tipped the scale in faux Margot’s favor, that and the plan she had to use the mini-recorder to confuse the crooks.


Yes, she has the Time Window device, but she doesn’t know how to use it. Tempus might be reluctant to teach her.


The Shadow has forty-fives and knows how to use them. He does use them it he has to fight his way to freedom, but as a general rule, he doesn’t take life. He creates situations where the crooks turn on one another. That does not preclude threats and intimidation however.


There are some surprises yet in store.

Lois has the desire, but not the sense of urgency that those reading the story might have. Since she is engaged to Clark, she has the strong commitment while Lamont and Margot are just boyfriend/girlfriend. Lois has no way of knowing what is happening on her world between Clark and Margot.
