A technical point - dogs' knees aren't reversed. Lois's thighs and calves would shorten and her feet would elongate so her heels would be in the 'reversed knees' position. Think of a human on all fours, walking on their toes and fingers.
Otherwise - good for Lois, she has mastered the 'control transformation' feat.
