Ironic that Lois hated on her dad for wanting her to be a boy, and rejected her daughter even worse. It'd be fascinating to see her try to reconcile with her parents after own experiences.

Hi L! Thanks for commenting. I'm glad you liked the family gettogether. Lois is nothing if not contradictory. I think that her refusal to be involved in Lara's life did more harm than her father's neglect of her in some ways. I don't want to give too much away but Sam and Ellen will be making an appearance in a future chapter.
