Hi Virginia,
I'm glad to see that she's finally starting to weaken.
Nice chapter.

Nice chapter. Thanks, Ken. Although, Lois isn't weakening, just her willpower is.

Hi Virginia, Great chapter again. And, you know, I really hate Lana : because of her, Clark couldn't cook anything exotic or even buy Oolong tea! By the way, I agree with you about Cycladic art: it's also one of my favorite forms of sculpture from Ancient Greece. And I just came back from vacation in a Grecian island...

Yes, Lana was a bit controling, wasn't she? Good thing he's now free to be who Lois wants him to be. By the way, I agree with you about Cycladic art: it's also one of my favorite forms of sculpture from Ancient Greece. And I just came back from vacation in a Grecian island... I'm sooooooooooooo envious! I want to go!

I'm sooooooooooooo envious! Sorry, Virginia, I love Greece and it's one of my favorite countries for vacation (from France, it's only 3 hours by plane). For me, it's like a second country. You HAVE to go. I'm sure you'll love it. And you have to visit the Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens. http://www.cycladic.gr/frontoffice/portal.asp?cpage=NODE&cnode=1

What a situation for Clark. His parents died in his dimension yet in this one they're alive and don't know him. That's a mouthful to explain. Glad to see Lois' resolve is weakening.

Clark chuckled. “So, were the rumors about my ‘cute butt’ – your words, not mine – or about the woman not drooling over it?” I’m going with the second one from the way it was phrased. You don’t know how attractive a woman is, who refuses to give the time of day to a man.” Yeah, ever since his encounter with Baron Sunday was he tad vary of that stuff.

“Yeah. My dad’s the Dr. Sam Lane. I’m sure you’ve heard of him. No, not really. “It wasn’t like Perry assigned me this story because I can rattle off boxing stats in my sleep. Sounds like she still can “For the record, no, he didn’t see me, so there’s no point in killing me, I don’t know anything,” she said. There’s always a point in killing Lois. It’s called investment into the future. Or you’re always welcome here,” he said.
“In your dreams, Chuck. I’m going to bed,” /squints eyes/ “Who needs him?!”
***
Clark woke up to a knocking at his door. He was just starting to have a nice dream, a very nice dream. Lois had decided to stop over instead of call… Ooooh! I can see where that dream is going. /heads over to dark side/ “Lois?” Was he still dreaming? No, in his dreams Lois wasn’t wearing sweats. /chokes violently/ She was always welcome. Always. She’s always welcome to come over at his place? “I didn’t hang up on you,” she corrected him.
Right! He had forgotten. She was never ‘wrong’. Michael

Well, she has already fallen for Clark Kent twice before; it was only a matter of time.

Michael: Yep. I saved him only to kill him off again. I’m going with the second one from the way it was phrased. Yep. Yes. Either that, or she’ll end up boinking the heck out of him. Hmm… She could also just try that, you know, as an aversion therapy? She could. Umm… Oh, wait, Lois thought *he* would get aversion? Oh boy, is she going to be in for a surprise... tilting her head to peer into his bedroom. “Or did I interrupt something?”
Michael: Linda’s just stepped out into the bathroom. Nope, it's the MetNet Squad. She said he was allowed to do 'em. “How about a parka, while you’re at it?” he heard Lois mumble under her breath. He's needs to cover up that much for her block the memory of the sleep shorts. He’s always this nice at two o’clock in the morning. He'd have been nicer if she had shown up in the raincoat from his dream. But Clark could dangle him from the balcony of a 20 story building? Her dad? “They’re dead. It makes it easier.” As I mentioned to Joan, it's hard to talk about a part of your life you cannot prove. With benefits? And what are lovers but best friends with benefits? Nope. All or nothing for Clarkie boy. He's picky. Oh, wait. Lois is the picky one. He'll take that offer. You know, with Lois constantly mentioning her not jumping Clark, I really do expect her to snap eventually. You mean like when she asked him to fly her to the stars after her failed bid on Superman? Like when you can swear that the chocolate’s from a different manufacturer but you can’t proof it? Those darn generics made at the same factory.

So what happened to dead Clark anyway? Where is his little voice in her head?

Yep. I saved him only to kill him off again. [Devil] (Does that add to my BC?) Did it change in Wrong Clark? And no, you got a bonus, then you ate it up again. Yes, but a pumpkin makes yummy bread, pies, and cakes. Little Cabbage? I'll never understand that one. There’s actually a lot of controversy on that one. Some say, it’s actually a pastry. Others, it’s because babies are found in cabbage leaves. One person's right is another person's wrong. Plus, in a lot of situations, one person’s right is always another person’s left. Which is why Clark educated Lois on the proper use of starboard and port. Lois complains about Jimbo's (S2 Jimmy's) roommates staying up all night being loud, when she stays over during Prankster. Oh. I guess I need to rewatch more? Or, she referred to the various forms of rodents and multilegged, hardshelled crawly things. Save him, so she'll save herself? Michael

Did it change in Wrong Clark? And no, you got a bonus, then you ate it up again. Drat! There’s actually a lot of controversy on that one. Some say, it’s actually a pastry. Others, it’s because babies are found in cabbage leaves. Hello, people, Storks? Plus, in a lot of situations, one person’s right is always another person’s left. Which is why Clark educated Lois on the proper use of starboard and port. I'll leave the boating to Ken. Oh. I guess I need to rewatch more? Or, she referred to the various forms of rodents and multilegged, hardshelled crawly things. Or both. Although, it depends on the application. Because, when used wrong, you can end up looking beautiful (according to Clark) but feeling like a beached whale. True. Wait. How is that application WRONG, again? You’re right. She might just as well shack up with Lex. He does have that multi-room penthouse. No. Superman would crawl into a barn and shake himself to death. Afterwards, yeah. But first... No comprehende? Plus, depending on the cut, Parka’s don’t reach much below the seat of his pants. He might look funny. Or Lois might become fascinated with his legs. Oh, dear. Probably best that he only threw on a shirt then. Uh-huh. Only, more forceful. Like in Dandello’s Phero-moan, My Lovely. Gfic.

Under the current circumstances and mainly, because in this case, it relates to her figure. Not "wrong" application then (Oh, you mean he's wrong ), but that's the problem with things that feel good, there's always side effects. Too bad they only need one bedroom with chains… That's in the country manor house. That’s a big <<finger wag, no-no>> for Superman. But this isn't Superman. This is ALT-Superman. He's not as good as the real thing; he's defective. Covering up in a parka. For some reason, I always only imagine this in a comedic situation where the girl covers up So, you're saying the joke doesn't work with men, because he'd still be showing the goods? /nods/ Allows easier access for Lois. Wow, look at that, you've answered my question before I've even hit "add reply". You're good.

but that's the problem with things that feel good, there's always side effects. Like, no sleep for several months, nine months after the 'feel good' part? That's in the country manor house. Ooooh! For weekend getaways? For weekends after the wife tried to get away? But this isn't Superman. This is ALT-Superman. He's not as good as the real thing; he's defective. Michael

Like, no sleep for several months, nine months after the 'feel good' part? I was thinking the weight gain, the lack of freedom for the next 18 years, and the grey hair. Ooooh! For weekend getaways? For weekends after the wife tried to get away? Wife? /imagines Lois and Cloneman, telling him he's throwing the perps the wrong way into the prison bus/ Not quite that defective. Alt-Clark has a reason (besides bad parent) for his compulsive behavior. Actually, that's a very good point. I was just going with I don't think men in a parka with their naked legs poking out look sexy Um... that was the point. Lois wanted to stop looking so sexy.
