Tempus takes a pregnant very angry AU Canon Lois and dumps her slightly in the past of another timeline.

Lois of Timeline one (001)
The Pheromone effect lasts slightly longer and when Clark gives in that morning saying
[quote]Lois, I can\'t take it anymore, if you really want me, I\'m yours. [/quote] Needless to say when the effect wears off and Lois can't recall chasing after Clark she is VERY VERY angry and departs in haste.
As she leaves Clark's neighborhood she feels a chill and finds she has somehow gotten turned around and is in front of the Daily Planet. Unknown to her she has stepped through a time window placed by Tempus and is now in a different timeline (002) a few months earlier.
She walks in just in time to interrupt Clark's interview with Perry. She calls him nasty names and Clark tries to say he's never met her. She asks him if he never met her how does she know, ticking off a list of things she knows, parents, hometown, went to prom with Rachel, the sheriff's daughter who is now the sheriff herself, what school he attended and even adds in that The Borneo Gazette article "Mating rituals of the knob-tailed gecko".
Perry tosses Clark out and hugs Lois tell her how worried they all were and assumed she died when she went missing in the Congo.
Clark leaves and does not become Superman. Lois Lane is confused by the time travel and begins to regain her memory but is very confused as to what is real and false since she seems to have been tossed back in time.
Her anger is back in full force when she discovers she is pregnant.
Lois gives birth and lists Clark Kent of Smallville as the father planning to go after him for child support.
The Nightfall asteroid crisis occurs but for some unknown reason is shattered and only tiny bits hit earth. A few larger bits cause widespread disasters.
Lois realizes from Nightfall's destruction that Superman must exist after all. Since she has regained her memory and now has reason to trust her memory she is feeling bad about everything when Martha and Jonathan show up in Metropolis. The local paper had picked up the Smallville connection from a service that tracks and compiles public records. It had used the birth as a local filler, "Kents have grandson" piece.
Kents are worried because Clark is missing and has been since Nightfall.

Lois of timeline two (002)
With no
Claude in the picture to steal and publish her story she keeps digging and follows the lead to the Congo and disappears.
Clark of timeline two (002) meeting the Lois of timeline one (001) did not feel that instant connection. Left Metropolis and did not tell his parents about the woman ranting that he raped her. He does stop nightfall but afterwards....?

So fixing things this time is not as easy as getting Lois back to timeline one (001).
