Ah, we might have a reunion in the next part, yes? laugh

Nice installment! thumbsup

If she had to move heaven and Earth, perhaps come back to haunt Perry and explain the story after they'd killed her, she would do it.

Hi Rac,

Another very powerful chapter. I'm so happy that Clark is now safe, but my heart still bleeds for him. Even with friends around him, he is still so alone.

You paint the emotions of your characters against a backdrop of a world at war, and you do so very well. New Krypton is a very bleak world.

Like Ching, I'm hoping that life on New Krypton will one day be worth all the pain and trauma its people and Kal-El are going through.

The Christmas scene of almost normality in Smallville stresses the differences between Lois' and Clark's situations, and yet Lois can never be happy until Clark returns.

The closing scene between Talan and Kal-El almost brought me to tears. Kal has suffered so much, please bring him home soon.

Yours Jenni

Great part. hyper

Don't like Luthor, unfinished, untitled and crossover story, and people that promises and don't deliver. I'm getting choosy with age.

That last section with Talan and Clark was achingly beautiful, Rac. Time to reunite Clark and Lois - how will you do that I wonder? smile

Thanks for your comments, everyone. AnKS, thanks for your comments. I'm afraid there is still a lot left for Clark to do, even though he doesn't seem well enough to do it. Jenni, I'm glad that you feel that I've done a good job of portraying the bleakness of a world at war. I also hope that Ching is right about their ability to change it.

Daneel, thanks so much for commenting. Hi Maria. I'm afraid they haven't caught Nor yet, but they are out looking for him! I will make sure that you see scenes of Lois talking to Jon about Clark, I agree that it's very important and that it is something she would definitely do.

Laura and Carol, thanks for your comments. As I mentioned above, Clark still has trials before him.

Thanks for the comments, everyone. More soon.

Rac
