Delightful start. I look forward to seeing more.
I am always delighted to see Clark and Lois with rings on their fingers.
I have a half finished story set early season two where they are wearing rings for a real estate steering story and thus when they first meet Mayson Drake both are wearing matching rings.
I've often noticed the changed dynamic the wedding rings bring to male female interaction.
Given the way Lois always acted like Clark was her property, touchs, voice tone, looks, and anyone seeing them wearing matching rings would accept it.

Awesome start...I can't wait until the next part! ... Is it me, or does someone else have the feeling that 'A ring of truth' could be Clark forgetting about the ring on a Superman rescue and lois figuring out his identity....

Thanks guys!! I am always delighted to see Clark and Lois with rings on their fingers. Me too!! I have a half finished story set early season two where they are wearing rings for a real estate steering story and thus when they first meet Mayson Drake both are wearing matching rings. Have you posted any of it yet? I'd certainly like to read it! Is it me, or does someone else have the feeling that 'A ring of truth' could be Clark forgetting about the ring on a Superman rescue and lois figuring out his identity.... Hehehe! I have to tell you, I did think of doing that. But then it was so obvious, I finally decided against it. Now, mind you, thestory isn't finished just yet, so who knows I could change my mind again. ;-)

"I now pronounce you man and wife," he said, a teasing grin on his face. "Congratulations!"
Lois gasped in shock. Clark looked around nervously. Perry burst out laughing. Impish Perry was a nice touch. Great start to this story. I can't wait for the next chapter.

I was going to quote exactly what Tayryn quoted, so please re-read hers, OK?
Your story is adorable! So funny, sweet and sexy. I loved Clark banging his pillow in frustration, making it split open so that the feathers flew.
You convey so perfectly how achingly they long for one another other. Please, Lara. You can't end this story the way the episode ended, considering you've already made them wear wedding bands!

Thanks everyone! I'm having a great time with this story, I have to admit. I'm so glad you all are enjoying it so far. You can't end this story the way the episode ended, considering you've already made them wear wedding bands! Well... they were wearing wedding bands in the epiosde, you know. I didn't catch it the first time, but they're quite visible. An airtight cover, I suppose. LOL! This being said, I can promise you that the story will *definitely* not end with Lois alone in the Honeymoon Suite, calling Clark for no apparent reason. Oh no! I've got better plans for them. Much better.

Oooh! Wonderful stuff. I enjoy senarios like this. I like how Perry is being cheeky.
Thanks for putting a link to the FDK - it reminds me to put some!
I've converted to lurk-ism... hopefully only temporary.
