Cute that is the Lois we know and love so well. Laura

Could this have taken any longer to produce?! LOL, Jocelyn. Talk to some of us tortoise authors on this one. As for still hanging on in there - desperate to find out what happens next, you mean! She was explaining to Cat that a man like that was only after one thing, and naturally, Cat responded, “All the better.” There were some nice insightful moments in this segment, Jocelyn - looking forward to part four! Still intrigued by what poor Superman accidentally did to make Lois hate him so much. LabRat

Well, we're moving right along, here My personal favorite line was the last one, about yodeling <g> Great scene-ender! Good interaction between the two of them -- or rather, inside each of them, since they don't really talk to each other... but you've got all sorts of nuances going here. Can't wait to see the next part PJ

Coming along nicely, Jo, even if it is short! So this Lois is also suspicious of good-looking men... was Claude not good-looking, then? And what did Perry mean by his final remark? He's not engaging in a touch of matchmaking by any chance, is he? Hope your Muse is active over the weekend! We want more!! Wendy

Nice part, Jo. Glad you posted again, but you'd better hurry with the next part. I'd very much like to now how you're going to continue with it.
Like, are Lois and Clark going to get together? Will Lois ever forgive Superman? Hurry!

Good part, Jocelyn!! Can't wait to read part 4. LabRat wrote: Still intrigued by what poor Superman accidentally did to make Lois hate him so much. He failed to save Claude. Remember this: It still hurt Lois that she had not been able to find anything much on Claude’s disappearance. Perry had sent out dozens of people in search of him, on many different expeditions, and had every single time come back empty handed. The only evidence being a crashed plane without a single body inside. No one knew what had happened to that plane, or who had taken the bodies. There was no where to look, and no one to blame… with the exception of that vigilante in the annoying primary colors: Superman. and this: “Superman,” Lois answered with disdain, “is nothing but an overgrown little boy in tights, using his so called, ‘super-powers’ to interfere in people’s lives.”
“*Save* peoples lives,” Clark corrected. Lois eye’s narrowed as she responded to his edit.
“Yeah, those he chooses to.” (quotes taken from Damage Control Part 2) Wendy wrote: So this Lois is also suspicious of good-looking men... was Claude not good-looking, then? I hope so. (Call me whatever, but I hate Claude... it's still difficult to picture him actually 'loving' Lois...) Post more soon, Jocelyn! AnnaBtG.

Yeah, this really is a good installment. In my opinion you manage to catch the essence of every character: Lois - determined, vivacious,... Clark - decent, honest, intrigued by Lois... Perry - father figure and brilliant newsman in one... Cat - lascivious, men-huntress,... Keep going and I'll keep reading. Wonderful job!! Sira
