See? Proof positive that Yvonne can actually write a story which doesn't involve tearing Clark limb from limb. As for Pam, well...who knew she could be so evil? <g> Yvonne

- I'm your partner. I'm your friend. - Is that what we are? - Oh, you know what? I don't know what we are. We kiss and then we never talk about it. We nearly die frozen in each other's arms, but we never talk about it, so no, I got no clue what we are.

I was on IRC while this piece of insanity was being composed, and I was simply laughing too hysterically to read it all. )

Athos: If you'd told us what you were doing, we might have been able to plan this properly. Aramis: Yes, sorry. Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.

.....WOW!..... Y'know, after Misery and Purity, I never would have expected you to co-write such an amazingly funny fic, Yvonne! What a beautifully written venture! Thank you both for brightening up such a miserable day! Hmm....the sun has actually come out now....coincedence? I think not <g>. Sara

This was genius! Pure genius! As I finished reading I looked over at my printer -- my Lexmark Printer -- and smile apologetically. "You didn't think you'd actually beat an HP, did you?" This story almost seemed allegorical -- between Lex (seemingly a dead give away), Clark/Superman, and Lois's relationship. I could of course be wrong, as I frequently am, but if you read it again and think of these 3 (or 4, which ever way you look at it) in their respective roles as Printers and Beautiful Woman, than it seems to fit perfectly! At least it did for me... Loved it! You guys are insane, and thats fine with me, seeing as it produces... this. -Jo

Yes, Jo, there are some echoes there of the Clark/Lex rivalry for Lois's attention... though this Beautiful Woman showed enough sense to thump Lex on the head and ignore him thereafter I'll freely admit that Lexmark was meant to be very Lex Luthor-ish. Let this be a cautionary tale to all those who've thought, "you know, this IRC thing sounds kinda interesting, maybe I'll check it out someday..." -- be warned, we are frequently nuts! But #loisclark does have a lovely ficus tree! PJ

Maria D. Ferdez. --- Don't like Luthor, unfinished, untitled and crossover story, and people that promises and don't deliver. I'm getting choosy with age. MAF

Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.
