Really powerful! And what was he going to do for the next nineteen hours?!! What about making reservations in a restaurant? Well, Clark, surprise Lois!

Very nice, SDQ. So I rushed over to WinMX to download the song. I like the lyrics and I like how you put them in the story. WTG, Clark!

Hi, Great piece.
Maria D. Ferdez. --- Don't like Luthor, unfinished, untitled and crossover story, and people that promises and don't deliver. I'm getting choosy with age. MAF

Cute.
A Lois who seems to know her mind a little better than the one in the series.
Tank (who still hates this particular arc because of the character assassination of Lois during that time)

Hey SQD! I loved it!! The lyrics fit so well into the dialogue. It was almost difficult to see what was yours vs. what was quoted from the song. Very smooth! And Lois made the right decision!! -Wanda

Well, no... Not enough. Nothing like enough! This cries out-- nay, screams for more. The saga of the next 19 hours. Lois dumping Luthor. Scumbag Maximus' reaction to being dumped. Clark defending Lois by beating Luthor to a pulp, then a sudden "accident" that barbeques the pulp to ash. The date. Clark showing Lois just why he dares to think that he can be her man. Possibly a revelation. I could keep going, but I suspect you may have the idea... This is a great story as it stands, SQD, but it would make an even better first chapter, and the problem with that is that people tend to want to see the rest of the story... Phil

I know next to nothing about non-classical music, so I really couldn't appreciate the *song* part of the songfic. But I loved the story, and would love a sequel - this is *definitely* not finished!!!!!
