Feedback goes here. I hope I haven't completely lost my audience by my absence. Life is back to semi-normal, but I still have no buffer. I'm hoping for two posts a week, but it may turn out to be one, especially if they're all as long as this one.
This *is* my happily ever after.

I'm very glad this is back! I'm also excited that they're married, though I'm worried about why he "really should have declined" the proposal... unless that's referring to a different proposal you haven't shown us yet.

Yay! They're married! And without the angst. (or at least the angst has already been dealt with.)
Can't wait for more!

Delightful but I see a problem. Luthor is tracking their actions. When it comes out that they are married, he will know it is impossible without super help.
I assume you set this trap in place for a reason? Please not the cage.

Wow, I never saw their eloping coming Patrick does have a point. Doesn't there have to be a public record of some sort? Michael

Great part. I never saw the elopement coming either. Michael, there is a public record -- in the church in Tegucigalpa! That's all that is required until Lois changes her name, they file joint income tax and buy a house together with a mortgage. That they can choose on their own schedule. Just a small point - I sort of thought Ruben was a Catholic priest, although that was never explicitly said, but he certainly isn't if he has a wife. Artemis

Very nice part, HG. I loved that the interaction between Lois and Cat was professional, rather than the usual bickering and I *loved* that Jimmy's innuendos fell flat. Hooray for eloping! The proposal was cute, funny and awww. Interesting that they decided to make their union permanent before they were even seen in public together. That'll certainly be a twist for the tabloids. I hope they get a honeymoon night before Luthor strikes. I can only hope that whatever dastardly plan he has in mind will wait for the book awards. Or that they'll foil it before the trap is sprung. More soon, please. BJ

Great part - you covered so much.
I *love* the idea of them being on their honeymoon in the honeymoon suite - lovely set up.

Wow! Fantastic part! There's so much I want to quote...I love it all! But if I had to pick out my favourites, it would be: You’re a ‘who,’ not a ‘what.’” - Clark's justifications for waiting
“Do you really mean ‘when,’ not ‘if’?” “Again with the wrong answer, Kent. Come on, third time’s the charm: will you marry me or not?” “Lois Lane, I have loved you from the moment I saw you. I have loved you as Clark, as Superman, and as Caleb. I will love you until the day I die. I want to share everything I have, everything I am, everything I will ever do or be with you. If you’re sure you want to put up with two celebrities and all of their baggage, I will gladly marry you.” “What I thought last week—that if you ever made a serious attempt to seduce me I wouldn’t stand a chance.” I thought that pastor in ‘Northern Passage’ seemed familiar. And now I'm almost caught up -- only two parts to go. Joy, Lynn
