Hi Morgana,

I like the addition of Stacy and Jack. They Sound like they'll be a cute couple.

They could be zeroing in on the Phantom! Way to go.

Looking forward to the next chapter.

Hi Morgana

Boulangeries in Paris? You know why I love the beginning of this chapter! laugh

And I agree with Ken. Jack and Stacy are very cute. But where are Mike and Grace? I missed them.

And now I'm looking forward to the next part.

to produce quality breads, pastries and cakes that are eye-catching, sumptuous, and just plain yummy.
And now I am hungry. laugh

“Smooth, Lois, making plans for the second anniversary when the wedding hasn’t taken place yet!”
Ha! Jimmy is awesome.

“A map of Metropolis’ Topaz district, indicating the time and places of the jewel heists by our friend, The Phantom.”
Oooh! Is he trying to woo Christine Daae? (Sorry, could not resist!)

Quote
“I heard that!” her amused colleague called from the coffee station.
Clark's not the only one with super hearing! wink

Quote
“Phantom? What Phantom?” Clark asked innocently.
Heh. Love him.

Quote
“Hey, three seconds ago it was cheesy. What happened?” Jimmy asked.

“Woman’s prerogative – I changed my mind,” Lois said as she sauntered up the ramp.
rotflol I really do love the banter between these three here and one the show.

Quote
“Yeah, they do work well together. Stacy has encouraged him to reach for his full potential. Since Jack has completed his GED, she has even convinced him to attend college this fall.”
Cute! I love that Jack has someone backing him up, helping him reach his potiential, same as Clark did for Jimmy.

Quote
“Are you saying it takes two of them to equal one of you?”
Ha!

Now, with a little encouragement from Lois and Diane, her brown hair was cut into a manageable style
jawdrop You pulled a Tank!!!

The result was an attractive young lady, growing into her new city lifestyle and work environment.
Awww!

she was still a little shy around Lois and Clark.
Danger Will Robinson! "Sarah" (aka Zara) seemed shy around them too!!!

Quote
“Nice lead; one repairman showing up at a shop is fine, two a coincidence, but all five high-end jewelry stores having static on their phones? Impossible. It has to be part of The Phantom’s MO,” Clark said.
Ding! Give the man a cookie!

Quote
“Hey, Clark! Why not ask No Knees Nolan if he has any leads on this guy and possibly his crew?”
Awww! She really is *so* much better at cover stories than he is.

Quote
No complaints about static on the phones were reported and no repairman was ever dispatched to those locations.
I figured as much. Fake repair men casing the places.

Quote
It was modest by many people’s standards, but the simple perfect gem meant the world to Lois.
Just really like this sentence, and for what it says about her.

Quote
“This wouldn’t have anything to do with impressing Lucy, would it?” Lois said, arching her eyebrow.

Jimmy was about to strongly deny it, but nervously shrugged his shoulders in defeat. “Guilty as charged.”
Awww! Love all the couple-ness going on in this tale.

More please!

KenJ:
Jack and Stacy will be back in future stories! Yup, they are a great research team, like another couple we know!

Hmmm may Clark and Lois are moving in on The Phantom? In that case, he better watch his step!

Sydney:
Ah yes, Paris in the spring - especially at breakfast time. Ooops! Don't want to give too much away.

Now if I can just have a few uninterrupted hours to get this darn story written!

Deadly Chakram:
Nope sorry no Christine Daae in this story! Oh, but just think of the music!

Writing dialogue for this story is so much fun! I wanted the reader to feel as if they are listening to the show!

Urgh! I did not mean to pull a Tank! Stacy just needs to put away her high school style and be taken seriously as a smart researcher who can hold her own with Jack and Jimmy!

Lois is better with cover stories, that's why they are a team!

It always impressed me that Lois wore such a simple ring. Cat - if she had landed Arthur Chow - would have sported a knuckle buster!

Its not the size of the ring, that produces a lasting marriage, its the couple.

Part 7 will be posted on Sunday. Unfortunately; due to an overloaded work schedule Part 8 might be late. Sorry about that! whinging

Hi! drool

She and Clark had tried on more than one occasion to sneak off for a brief date to Paris and sample some of his friend Amandine’s freshly baked wares. Sadly, something always came up, whether it was Superman rescues, wedding related issues or this blasted jewel robbery case they were working on.
Poor kids! [Linked Image] Good thing their wedding is approaching. Most of this craziness should calm down after the big event. Or not, knowing Lois and Clark. Oh, well, you can't have everything.

“Hmmm… this whole pattern theory of yours might just work. If so, then Lazar’s store *might* be his next target.
Hope they caught the Phantom before he strikes again. eek

How are Mike and Grace getting along? love

Grace and Mike?

They are getting a lot of interest which is great! The spotlight will be shone on them again soon. If the first part made you hungry, just wait until Part eight!

Someone remarked that a lot of coupleness is happening with this story. True. Weddings bring out the determination within folks to speak their true feelings with someone they are attracted to. But I mean to concentrate on only two this time.

Enjoix!
