We have now gotten Lois and Clark together, even if Clark does not realize it.

The back-and-forth captured Lois's thought processes perfectly in this part. Both of their's, actually. They are smitten and fumbling!

Oh, and I finally figured out Clark Jerome Kent = Jerry.

Oh, you weren't supposed to figure that out yet. Okay, maybe it was petty obvious.

I'm surprised that Clark is already looking for Lois's byline in the DP. Is she that good of a reporter already?

Does he know that "Jo" is actually Lois?

Clark has no clue that Jo is Lois. How could he? He has never seen a picture of Lois, and he assumes Jo is a college student, and he knows Lois is a high schooler.
