Pulitzer L Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 4,424 Likes: 1 Delaware	It looks like Queenie and I independently came up with the same location for a challenge story in reply to the 2020 Kerth Week One Challenge. I have not read hers yet; that will wait until morning-proper... My muse inspired me in the middle of the night (It is 2:45am as I type), and I wanted to get my story down while Thalia was with me. (She has been social distancing from me for most of this past year.) I wrote my story before seeing Queenie had posted, and I read just enough of hers to realize two things: 1) Her story is sufficiently different from mine to warrant my posting my story despite their shared locale. 2) As always, her writing is infinitely superior to my own. I hope you enjoyed Down in the Dumps? but I would welcome feedback either way. Thanks, Lynn

Morgana A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.
