You know, James, I know exactly what you mean about B5. Only I had them all taped long before syndication (or our equivalent) and when S3 was done, I spent an entire Easter holiday-week with a B5 marathon.
Nowadays, when I do watch the discs (yeah, I upgraded
) I do it slowly, one episode a day and 4 on a weekend or so. I can actually deal with that, given how I already know the show. Not that I don't give in an watch till the end of some of the more intense arcs
But with all the Fanfic reading and writing, I didn't get around to it this year. I do think that's a good thing. I think. On the other hand, I have DS9 in my DVD-player this year, so that might help, too
