It looks like Office 00 works with Win7 but that Outlook has issues. At least that's what I came up with when I Googled it... There are apparently work arounds if you need them, but I don't use Outlook [and have Office 07]. Thunderbird might be an option if that's the issue.
I also noticed that extended support for Office 00 ended last summer so there's no updates for any problems [like the Outlook thing].
You could always try installing it and go from there...
