was on "Homicide: Life on the Streets" and is now on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" but I
believe he played/s the same character on both. I never watched "Homicide" but he's one of the reason's I keep watching "L&O". I would have voted for him as well. Instead, I voted for H.G. Wells...the younger version. For some reason, I just don't care for the one from "Tempus, Anyone?"
