Dafont is what I've seen before, and it's really good too. All free, and there are thousands.
I just realized that I must have been looney when I read your post before. You have photoshop, but not PSP. I don't know how I got that backwards. Anyway, icon_tutorial has tons of good stuff for both, and I've been able to follow PS tutorials with my PSP, so the programs are pretty similar.
