I really hope they (Luthor/Tempos) somehow can't pin this all back on Clark--figure out the note had to be dropped in the stable, Clark was in the stable, etc. I'd hate to think of what would/could happen

But...now the Lanes will know the truth, and most importantly, hopefully Lois can get out of her engagement.
It seems like there are a lot of issues to still overcome, but that maybe a light was turned on at the end of the tunnel? Hoping
