Lois did have a problem with men in general, but three besides Clark she does trust. Perry is like a father to her. Jimmy is an annoying younger brother. But think about Uncle Mike. She always had nothing but kind words for him, even though he only appeared once in the series.
Neither Perry, nor Jimmy or Mike are possible love interests. It's easier to trust someone when the heart is not involved.
Also, PLEASE find him quickly, Lois. GOSH this is gonna get intense, methinks.
With Luthor in Clark's body. Naturally!
