I believe the attack on the Ur collective marks a turn in this war. All parties seem to have turned more eager to finish this. And Clark seems to create his share of enemies. Hopefully, things will turn out all right for him.
I can imagine how very frustrating this would be for him, the man who could always solve such problems in a matter of minutes or hours, is now forced to wait for others to get the intel.
