Love Martha and Jonathon accepting her into the family and just the overall warmth of being in the farmhouse in winter.

Hello! wave

One of the many things I enjoyed about Lois and Clark was the strong sense of family between Martha, Jonathan and Clark. No matter what happened they were there for each other. Lois could have been treated coldly by them as the woman who wanted to 'steal' their son's affections. Rather they welcomed her to the family almost immediately. My own in-laws live on a farm and it is warm and cozy in my mother-in-law's kitchen during the chill of winter. I remember eating warm lobster salad and hot tea when I met them for the first time. It was FREEZING outside. So, I wanted to bring some of that warmth to this story.

Thank you so much for commenting!

A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.
