Talan continues ot be the most amazing character. The darkness she's facing in her soul!
Talan sat on her bed in the dark, still wearing her mud and blood spattered uniform. She leaned forward, her elbows on her knees, and stared unblinking at nothing at all. A trembling hand dragged itself through her hair. How could she have been so stupid? How could she have been so utterly reckless and irrational?
It was hate.
And her preoccupation with Kal is so disturbing for her. You've done such a good job showing us her demons, Rac.
Lois has grown so much - in a way she's mellowed - her moments with Jon, and M & J are touching. Yet she too has that other side - the darkness and stress.
Clark's thoughts of Lois - beautiful. Oddly, at this point, he seems to be having it easier than either Lois or Talan. Although doesn't mean he has it easy.
Liked Talan's talk with her family - a reminder that she's not Spock after all.
But, yep, she's a woman on the edge.
