I still feel for Richard (he would end up with the short end of the stick no matter what), but this is a good way for Lois to realize the depth of her feelings for Clark and for them to get their relationship back on track.
And hell yeah on him handing Superman over on a platter if Jason was threatened. I'd be outraged if he didn't.
Anyway good job DJ, this brings closure quite nicely.
