My guess is also the meter reader - in the UK they only come on a Saturday if there's a special appointment, e.g. to see a meter inside a house whose occupant can't be there any other time, and that certainly wouldn't apply if a house had an outdoor meter.
Nice to see more of this story, and will be interested to see if she works out who Superman and Ultrawoman are given this clue.
