Well, I see we have another 'tease' thrown in at the end of another well written instalment.
Terry, you've got everyone all worked up about Bob and what he is going to say to Lois and Clark. So, of course, you have to only give the gentle readers a 'taste' of that conversation and leave the meaty revelations for the next (or the next?) instalment.
I think the actions of this Lois and Clark really point out how much of an alternate universe this really is. Clark is not (as yet) besotted with Lois and therefore can and does react a little more 'honestly' to her actions and outbreaks. While, Lois, never had the 'crush' on Superman and sees Clark as just a working partner who had become a good friend. She still can't see beyond that because of her interactions with Lana previously and her assumption that Clark has serious feelings for Rebecca.
It is going to take some time for them to 'come to their senses' about each other, and I'm sure that will involve some major plot driven devices which will impact Lex, and Rebecca. (I think Lex should run away with Rebecca and spend the rest of their lives lying on some south sea beach. Problem solved).
As far as Lois' powers go. She can keep them or not. I can accept either scenario.
I'm enjoying the ride so far and look forward to things 'heating up' in both plots in future instlments.
