I love the revelation shock. I love how Lois recognizes that a rev has happened, just by the look on the face. The form is priceless--reminds me of Bureacracy.
I would entitle it Fugue State: Never Tell Clark. It isn't as clear as Multiple Personality Disorder, but it matches your story well. Just my two cents.
