Carol, you are quite adept at continuously ratcheting up the temperature. I don't know just who is getting boiled here: Kermit, the readers, or the characters. Did I already say 'wow'?

I do feel sad for Clark and what he has to go through--the letting go of Lana et al. but at the same time I enjoy how sticky everything keeps getting. I'm excited for the next part(s)!
