Once again cut off mid-sentence, Lois was momentarily rendered speechless as she stared first at the sleeve of her overcoat and then at Clark.

Cured of speechlessness by Clark's taunting, Lois replied with a disdain that was mostly in jest. “Please. If this,” as she held out her ice-dusted sleeve, “is what you farm boys consider a snowball fight, then you have a thing or two to learn about urban winter warfare.”
