As I stood in the window, I saw her smiling down sadly at a frame that held the same picture she had given me—Clark Kent—as a present. My breath caught in my throat. What did it mean? Did Clark Kent make her sad? Was it wrong of me to try to include her in my family Christmas?
Sounds like Lois has made up her mind on Clark's feelings for her and their hopeless situation. Oh well, maybe Superman is going to be able to comfort her
