Kathy Very true. In some ways, they were both tippy-toeing around each other. If the relationship is to be strong, it has to become more normal - and that includes some disagreements.
Wayne is probably at least Jonathan's age - late 50s? I'm imagining he would describe anyone under 25 as a kid, and anyone between 25 and perhaps 40 as a young person.
