Good point, Virginia. I never really thought of the implications when Clark read the diary. I'm thinking there wasn't really *that* much stuff in there about how LnC came to be. They probably also didn't spread *all* the sordid details over the tabloids. And Tempus probably cared little enough about frogs and clones and evil philanthropists. Otherwise, Clark would be a reeeeeallllly dense one to read about the stuff *and* then propose before telling Lois. Break up with Lois. Let Lois run off with said evil philanthropist. Then there was the immoral shrink. Certain blue-blooded Kryptonians. Do I need to continue? So, no, unless he was scared senseless about changing the future, this stuff was not in the diary on show. And just because I wondered. The Kryptonite was mentioned in the diary. That's why Mazic needed Nigel on the show.
Clark murmured happily. The sunlight was great. He began to feel stronger. The fuzzy cotton-wool feeling in his mind slowly dissipated.
