Firstly, Lois doesn't know they are memories. Secondly, this Lois never got married. They went back in time in Tempus Fugitive and then no more Clark, so she has no memories of that, because for her it never happened... Did I mention that Cat hit the nail on the head about Lois being hard up? Thirdly, canon Lois does marry her Clark in her own dimension.
