Given how intent Clark is on isolating himself from everyone, even while semi-conscious and in terrible pain, I have a feeling this is going to be a long slog to get to happily ever after. But, of course, since this is a Corrina story and I'm going to be sorry it's over when we get to The End, I'm going to try to enjoy the ride for as long as it lasts.
So this is the Alt Clark from the show, huh? Which means he should recognize Lois once he becomes aware of his surroundings. If nothing else, he should realize that she will have no idea who he is or know anything about the terrible lies that have been told about him. Beyond that, I have theories (including that Lois is indeed "wife #25" of the village leader and thus under his protection) but I'm sure you will turn them all on their ears before this is done.
