That one short line is very poignant.
Lois will still be the first woman who knows Clark completely -- ordinary guy, superhero, and super-powered guy around the house. (Err, assuming he goes back to Lois, that is!
) (And if he doesn't, he owes it to Gillian to let her in on all his secrets, take her to meet his parents, etc.)
