Oops! I suddenly had the idea I hadn't responded here yet. I always thought it was impossible to forget, but look at me know. Can I blame my RL?
Seriously, thank you all
SOOOO much! I'm beyond delighted that you all liked it, too. I was worried that only my twisted sense of humor would find it funny. So I am happy that's not the case.
I was expecting to read Lex.
I was expecting Lex, too...
was also waiting to read 'Lex', but that was an interesting twist
I was betting on Lex, too.
who thought it was Lex, too
Lex???
Lex?? Why would I want to put Lois and Clark together? Oh right, I know. But you see, I have this friend - she'll stay anonymous now, but her name starts with an S and ends in Ara - who would probably lynch me for sure this time if I had done so. So in this universe, if Lex is still alive - I haven't bothered to find out
- Lex will be with that friend of mine.
But I'm so glad you all didn't see it coming!
Glad you approve of your wife as well, Jose. <g>
It's just so lovely and nice and descriptive, and then: BAM. Nice twist!!!!
Aww, thank you, Sara.
I can't begin to stay how much that means to me. I am thrilled you think so! As for that twist... glad you and so many others liked it. *phew*
Saskia, you are evil to say the least.
? Me? I hate to disapoint you, Julie, but many people do say I am evil. No idea why they seem to think so, but I'm not complaining. Thanks for noticing it, though. <g>
why was she screaming so much about Clark? And why is he dead???
Julie, she was married to Jose for over a year now and she still keeps dreaming about another man. A dead man, even. It was something I worried about, and I asked my BRs if I should get that out, but they thought it was okay. That it didn't need an explanation. It just seemed appropriate for the story. And as it was just meant for fun, I think you shouldn't worry about it too much. After all, I do usually want Lois and Clark to end up together. And in Lois's dreams here, they do. Well, sort of.
Saskia!!! How could you?!?!?
LOL Kaethel! Ask my fingers.
They dutifully typed everything for me. <g>
You know you're in danger of ruining your reputation, Sas. All you had to do was cut off the last section and the last line of the previous section and you may end up with a reputation for writing nice, waffy stories.
Tell me about it, Roger! Why do you think the ending was there? <g> And since I am in danger of losing my reputation, I am working on things to get back on track.
I don't know how you hide this from me
It actually was rather easy, Jose. I just kept my mouth shut and maybe told you a few white lies.
More?
More?? Okay, maybe soon. With the emphasis on MAYBE!
Thanks again, Maria, Sara, Laura, Jose (hope you had a great birthday!), Julia, Anna, AnKS, Cris, Roger, Julie, Kaethel and Tricia. You guys made my week!
