Well, another Sunday, another part! This one deals with getting the A-plot rolling again. Sorry, I hope you'll like this chapter and will want to comment on it. Thanks!
Lois: Well, I like my quirks. I think they make me unique. Clark: You certainly are unique.
Clark: You're high maintenance, you know that? Lois: But I'm worth it!

Ursie, Very nice - not only is your a-plot moving along nicely, but I loved the part at the end with Martha and Jonathan. Hooray! They are finally in Metropolis . I loved the "cookie monster" part. And I also loved how Clark splashes himself with water to look sweaty edited because I can't spell my name

I liked the part with Jonathan and the kids, too.
Good going, Irene

Hi, Great part. Finally, they move. “No, Lois, just one day. Superman will fly him to San Palito, one of those small islands south of St. Cyr. He’ll board the first flight from there to St. Cyr. It leaves at 6:00 a.m. and arrives in St. Cyr forty minutes later. Gareth will be just in time to enjoy breakfast with the Minister of Tourism. He’ll arrange to have a guide to show him the island and he’ll probably have lunch and dinner with prominent St. Cyrians. At midnight he’ll board the last flight to San Palito where Superman will pick him up and fly him back to Metropolis.” Bad feeling about this. Abruptly, Henderson rose from his chair. “Wanna know what I think? I think it’s got something to do with Superman.”
Startled, Clark also stood up. “Superman? Why would you think that?” Whats with Henderson? He wants to be in everything. More soon, please. MAF

Thanks Alicia, Irene and Maria. Yes, it was time Martha and Jonathan showed up in Metropolis. Expect to see more of them from now on!

Getting rid of a butler was easy and he was confident he'd be able to dispose of Lane and Kent in no time too. Three unsuspecting targets… a piece of cake, as far as Bertram was concerned. However, killing Superman… now that was a challenge he was looking forward to!
Bertram took a small, lead-lined box from his pocket and opened it. He carefully extracted the glowing green rock from the box and stared at it for a long moment.
Kryptonite… hard to believe that this small piece of space rubble could kill the Man of Steel. And he would be the one to do it! Suddenly, Bertram felt quite excited about going to Metropolis. This fellow sounds dangerous. Hope they can stop him before he even reaches Metropolis. I guess that's wishful thinking, right? Casey (not sure he likes where this is going!)

Thank you too Tricia, Merry and Casey for your feedback. Your remarks help me decide which way to go with this story. Really! Will they catch Mindy? Will she have the opportunity to kill more people? Will Lois & Clark be safe? I hope I will be able to answer these questions satisfactorily, Tricia! But for now I'm going to keep you in suspense! This fellow sounds dangerous. Hope they can stop him before he even reaches Metropolis. Well, you will know when you read chapter 22, Casey. Watch out for the next part tomorrow!
