Well, it looks like Sara pretty much covered it, so I'll just say:

laugh laugh laugh

That was hysterical!!!!!!!

I didn't see "gameshow" (maybe I missed it?) but you got everything else. Kudos! (and bonus points for combining the two lists!) laugh

This is absolutely hilarious! (I'll double your points if you write a sequel wink )

Just a quick flyby before I head out the door...

(I'll respond to comments later.)

Oopsie. I'd originally had this while Lois was channel surfing, but then thought, "Nah. Too easy." So I took that out and planned for a place to put a different game show reference in. Unfortunately, although I had it in the outline, I forgot to actually write it. Silly me. Off to edit it back in. See if you can find it! wink

When in doubt, think about penguins. It probably won't help, but at least it'll be fun.

I don't normally read scavenger hunt fics (for some reason they just don't do anything for me) but I took a look at this and really enjoyed it, Paul. For once, the items you had to include didn't leap out at me and jerk me out of the story, and your trademark humour really made me smile. Nice work! Loved the cameos of El, Pel and LabRat (especially El goofy )!

But this left me puzzled at first:

Quote
Four in all, I think it was... if you count the loose reference to Wendy.
So I went back and looked more closely, and found this:

Quote
"Yet another reason I'm glad I rescued you from that evil woman's doghouse, dear,"
goofy )

So, what's next from you?

Wendy smile

Thanks for the comments, everyone!! smile

Sara, thanks again for BRing, and especially for your enthusiasm.

Anna, so glad you enjoyed. Thanks for taking the time to let me know!

Mary, thanks for all the laughs. <g> Actually, thanks for the inspiration of the challenges. smile Good spotting the missing game show. As mentioned, that should be fixed now.

Wendy, I know what you mean. To tell the truth, I don't usually like scavenger hunt fics as much as "regular" ones, either. They're still fun to write, but the randomness... well, it has its good points and bad points. Anyway, I'm very glad to hear that you liked the story, despite its origins. wink Glad you took the time to read comments, too, so you didn't miss your cameo cameo. wink

Laura, happy to hear you enjoyed. Thanks for commenting. smile

Rach, glad I could make you laugh. <g> Thanks for letting me know.

Karla, thanks for your comments, too. And yes, Flash is somewhat hyper. wink

Thanks again, everyone!

Paul

Like Wendy, I rarely read scavenger hunts, but I was drawn to this one for reasons I don't know, but I am glad I read it.

This is a jump hilarious story!

Great job, and very well done.
