Hmm I had forgotten we can post poems as well. And now that I have my computer back, I have the urge to post. Truth be told, I really write songs more than poems, and that's what this happens to be, and it's **quite** off the deep end from what I normally write, so I'm about the only one on the planet who knows what's going on in this thing, but I'll post it anyway. I figured since I'm an artist, I should write a sort-of art song at some point. Cheerio. Um, be nice if you feel the need to post feedback LOL.

Green swirls captivate my soul
They paint the world maroon
With acrylic strokes of gold
Abstract lines fill the page
Shading lights the trees
As erasers scrape away
And the pencils tear apart my mind
