Deter seems to be a rather ambivalent character. Can anyone ever trust him enough to let him 'help' Lois. Things seemed to be going okay for Lois and Clark, but then you bring the most evil thing you could think of into play. The pregnancy schtik. Not only do you imply that Lois had given birth years ago in the congo, but now you say she might be pregnant again. DO YOU HATE THE POOR WOMAN! Tank (who is getting more and more disgusted with the way Chris is steering this fic... children... yuck)

Besides, if she's pregnant (she may or may not be, I haven't decided yet <g>, the kid won't enter the picture for 9 mths and the fic will be long ended by then. If I ever write a another sequel, a few years down the road to where they are now, I would anticipate that you would not be a loyal reader! (Geesh Tank - you were a kid once!)
