Okay, I'm tired and old, and have been working way too many hours, but for those who wish to...

Tank, I'm quite sure I'm right up there with you...and I totally hear you!
I just read the new post very quickly, and I love the way Bill clued Lois in as to where he's being held!
And maybe that engagement won't be just to stall for time, huh??
OK, now it's about time for the *REAL* Superman to come back and kick the clone's butt!!

Here's a thought. The clone Superman grows a concious and actually learns what it means to be human (kryptonian) and eventually aligns with Clark and Lois.
Allowing, down the road, the world to have a full-time Superman who is an exact chip off the old block while, at the same time, allowing Clark to not only have the normal life he always wanted but to do so without feeling torn over the loss of his powers and his inability to help.
Win/win situation/resolution I'd say.
Either way Clark and the clone need to talk.
Looking forward to that.

Hi, Great part. Clark can follow the investigation. So Nigel was back at Boynton. He knew that Arianna was busy playing the widow Luthor, so he doubted she was here. But he doubted that St. John was there for the ambiance, so what exactly was he doing here, and more importantly whose was here with him?
Maria D. Ferdez. --- Don't like Luthor, unfinished, untitled and crossover story, and people that promises and don't deliver. I'm getting choosy with age. MAF

Dead bodies in the warehouse due to cloneSupes. Bill tipping-off Lois. Perry clued-in. Professor Hamilton in town. Clark and Lois 'engaged' and up to their necks in the whole thing.
Oh, this is very, very good and very, very BAD...in the exact right way.
You're teaching me how this is done, Tank.

My apologies for not to post reply before, I just caught up with your story. This is a very intriguing story, with very unusual characters, from the I'm-in-love-with-Lois Bill (never thought to this possibility before!) to the power-less Clark and the very much powered Superman Clone (is he really so devilish? He's a clone of Boy Scout Clark, after all). I feel Lois and Clark situation'll go from bad to worse before we'll see a little improvement! Simona

This is turning out to be a very interesting story.
Somehow, I don't think the clone is going to have a change of heart, but I suppose it is possible. He just might start liking being the good guy...

Tank An excellent part! I can see Lois having trouble stopping the investigation of these murders. I can't wait to see what happens next. Tricia

Sorry this is a bit late. Too much work, not enough time. But then, I know because there's been a lot posted to keep the gentle readers distracted there is no problem with being late.
Thanks to those who are still following this, and I promise to actually get somewhere with this plot eventually. (I just have to write something exciting).
Chapter 12 to go up soon.
