Lol, this game has been going on so long that that was the second time someone used that line! Check out thread #4, puzzle by IsisLnC. (And as I compile lists of used ones, turns out "John Doe is a nice guy" was used twice now too, lol.) How much does punctuation matter, I wonder? Earlier ones used none--and I would like to know if we're free to use phrases without putting punctuation between them--or if we can change it, say between commas, ellipses, semi-colons, etc. 'Cause I've got some great lines in mind for next time I'm up for it.
Don't point. You make holes in the air and the faeries escape.

and I would like to know if we're free to use phrases without putting punctuation between them--or if we can change it, say between commas, ellipses, semi-colons, etc. Whichever. Doesn't make much difference either way, far as I can see. I think, in a game like this, people concentrate on the words/letters rather than the punctuation, so it really makes no difference whether it's there or not. LabRat

Okay, next riddle:
--/--/-----/---/--/--/----, -/------'-/----/---/----/---/--/-----.
On a side note, I think punctuation is important. Maybe not 100% but it can help, right?
Doranwen: I hope you won't mind posting all the phrases when you're done compiling the list. So that we know which ones have been used. And, as I suggested some time ago, we could make the thread a sticky.
See ya, AnnaBtG.

Or confuse, if it's punctuated wrongly. Don't anyone get any ideas there. Hmmmmm, plenty to choose from, since I'm first to guess. Let's see....I? LabRat
