I certainly didn't expect that... posting the second part as a reply. Hmph. I got so confused reading the fdk and thinking I'd missed something when people started talking about a solution and this strange thing called Ydnew. Bah humbug. I kept looking and looking for a new story post and finally found it.
Clever solution to the dilemma, though I still think the story only needed one part. Of course now that L&C know about imps, her dear cousin won't stand a chance. Sequel: Twas the Night Before Ydnew.

Wendy, I don't think you should be going around claiming any sort of victory here. Let's face it, adding a few pages to the end of YOUR story can hardly be considered writing a fanfic.
At most it could be considered a very minor collaborative effort. More like editing through addition.
Tank (who has to point out that the time it took to 'help' Wendy finish her story could have been used to work on a certain original novel)

I was laughing out loud last night when Wendy showed me what she was planning to do to you, Tank. I even told her you were going to go insane when you realised there was no way to solve this one. I never ever expected such a clever epilogue, although knowing who you are, I should have known you'd find a brilliant way to mess this up. And this definitely counts as writing a fanfic!
