Mary!!! Killing Y was not exactly the kind of thing I was expecting, but... Well, at least he's safe as you said. /me sighs. I wish people made stories like these to save Lex from writer's tortures. MDL.

Okay, this astonished me. Evil. Like if weren't enough all of her tortures, she still married him to Lana. LANA! That she-demon! I repeat the question: 'Why, lady, why?' Now, he's safe. At least until Yvonne to write the next chapter. Why, you know, tormentors are like Lex Luthor, when you think dumped them, they come back of the death... My one doubt: of two evils, who are the worst?

OMG! We need an emoticon with its hands clasped over its mouth in shock, LOL! I caught on once you started describing plots, but you sure had me going at the beginning. Evil author ... but a funny evil author. <g> Can't wait to see what Y thinks of this one. "No, officer, really! I'm getting death threats! Let me show you! Here, on the computer! These people are deranged, I'm telling you!!! Well, I mean, I'm one of them ... but still!" Kathy

Oh my! But while this was hilarious, Mary, I was also terribly impressed by the writing. Ever thought of doing a contemporary thriller? Looks like you have a knack for it. Terrific! LabRat

She tried to hypnotize him so he wouldn't reproduce. Told him he was a disgusting alien. Always, always, *always* she tries to tear down his self esteem...torture him.... At this point it hit me: Yvonne is a goner! I'm not too worried though - she's like Lex really. Lucky for us, she always bounces back.
Lois: Well, I like my quirks. I think they make me unique. Clark: You certainly are unique.
Clark: You're high maintenance, you know that? Lois: But I'm worth it!

<Cue spooky music> Whoooooooooooh!!!!!!!!!!! <----scary, spine-chilling wailDead! I'm dead! Woe am I! But who killed me? Who did the dirty deed? Who drew the blade across my throat and snuffed me out like a candle? Just when I was having so much fun... Now I am condemned to wander the threads of these a-cursed boards, forever trapped between their bits and bytes, until someone owns up to this dastardly crime. Woe is me! And woe is the rest of you, frankly. I'm not your fluffy, cute ghost with a cheery grin and a nice line in blowing out candles. I. am. one. mad. ghost. Whooooooooooooo!!!!!!! <-------an even scarier, even more spine-chilling wailYvonne's Ghost <cut spooky music>

You had to know that a dead Yvonne was not going to be any nicer than a live one . . . Fun little fic, though. For the record, I didn't do it. And I have an alibi! Anyway, I have no motive. I enjoy seeing what new ways Yvonne has come up with to torture alt-Clark.
Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.

Gosh, thanks, guys! I'm glad you enjoyed it! And Yvonne, I have nothing but respect for you, honest. Originally posted by LabRat: But while this was hilarious, Mary, I was also terribly impressed by the writing. Ever thought of doing a contemporary thriller? Looks like you have a knack for it.
Terrific!
LabRat WOW! Really?! Gee, thanks, Labby! Y'know, this whole thing got started becaused I noticed that in my writing, I tend to lean heavily on the dialogue while neglecting descriptions. Statements like "Lois sighed and then said" and "Clark folded his arms and said" maybe helped a little, but I didn't feel they cut it. So, I decided to practice describing a setting and this story just sort of...appeared.

Quite a delightful tale. The first time I read it I was rather confused and assumed the dead woman was someone from an episode I did not recall. Coming across it tonight I was able to get the references to Yvonne without the feedback section's help.
