She'd equate that, and her driven behaviour in doing it, with Clark getting killed. Of course, the alternative would be to become even more driven and decide that her last story was going to be the apprehension of Clark's killers... that she was going to go after them and catch them and then hand in her Press pass. Still, this way makes sense too. And Jonathan - so true! Hurry up and post more! Wendy Just a fly-by! waves

I love that idea! It's, as you can see in this section, not the way I've gone... but it's a powerful way to play out her rage and grief and a dramatic quit. Wish I'd thought of it!!
