I've just finished the video Complicated which Sara requested. The song is sung by Carolyn Dawn Johnson. This is the first L&C music video I've ever made, & I had great fun in doing so. Hope you all like it. http://www.nfanfic.net/realvideo/Complicated-lea.wmv Lea :n)

Hey Lea! Thank you so much for making this...and so quickly! I did want to let you know that I have limited computer time (not to mention a stupid dial-up connection) so I won't be able to download it for a day or two. Just didn't want you to think that I was ignoring this huge favor you did for me. I'll let you know what I think when I get it downloaded. Sara (who *really* needs to get a faster connection...and her own computer back )

Very nicely done, Lea! I've heard this song before, and agree that it is so appropriate for L&C. And you did a great job of matching lines and scenes to the lyrics of the song. Wistful, yet fun ... thank you for sharing it with us!

Yep, I loved it Great song, and you did a good job with the clips... seems there were lots of "complicated" moments to choose from Btw, when I watched it, there was about 8-10 seconds of dead air after the video, ending with another burst of music... you might want to edit that a bit. PJ

Lea! I finally got a chance to watch it and I love it! Ditto to what everyone else said. You did an awesome job matching clips with lyrics! The video I had running in my head was nothing compared to yours. You picked so many great moments, sweet and funny, that went perfectly with the song. Thank you thank you thank you! Sara

Oh dear. I cannot believe I have not commented about this video yet. I'm sorry.
Well, where do I start. I love the second and third clips you used with the first words of the song.
Lois and the chocolate ice-cream is classic.
Where Clark and Lois are on the couch (Prankster one) and the song line ... something like.. "I want to know and then again I don't...it's so complicated" I really like that part too.
It's all cool. I love to look at Clark. mmmmm.
I've converted to lurk-ism... hopefully only temporary.

Lea,
I just finished watching this video, and I had to post and tell you how much I loved it! As the others have said, the scenes you picked were perfect for the lyrics. I loved the scene were Lois comes into her apartment and throws her coat on the sofa, while the lyrics say "I'm so frustrated". What a perfect scene for that line.
I also liked that you included a few scenes we don't often see in videos. For example, Clark in his sailor-disguise being dragged back through the curtain - I just had to laugh. Very nicely done. And you say this was your first video? Well, all I can say is, Make More!!

Well, I just dl this as a Stargate video last week and love the song, so when I spotted this fdk folder today, had to come check it out. Beautifully done, Lea. The choice of scenes was inspired - loved the harem costume clip. More, please! LabRat
