This trailer is a 'thank you' present to a very dear friend of mine, who has been my beta-reader and cheerleader for a very long time, and is now my trailer beta-viewer in chief, as well as having surprised me with a couple of fantastic trailers for my own stories. This is one of my favourites of Kaethel's stories. If you haven't read Surfacing Memories , then what are you waiting for? Though maybe this will convince you... Surfacing Memories WMV RP Wendy

Wendy, I'm speechless. Okay, maybe not entirely, as I really, really want to comment, and speechless doesn't do when you want to post. Wait, I'm really speechless. Speechless means I can still type. Right? Anyway, I'm totally stunned. Thank you so, so, SO very much! {{{{{Wendy}}}}} Especially as this came on a very bad day for me, and made it all better. Like I told you, this is even more comforting than a Cadbury Creme Egg, and that says a LOT! I loved every second of it! The music is wonderful. The choice of clips is awesome - I particularly adore the black and white memories of Lois's time with Clark. You found such perfect moments for the story, such as Lois's phone call to Clark's apartment and his answering machine kicking in. And then the title cards were awesome. Heck, you made *me* want to re-read the story! And I normally never want to re-read my own stuff. Anyway, thank you so very much! You're a sweetheart. Kaethel (very, very touched!)
- I'm your partner. I'm your friend. - Is that what we are? - Oh, you know what? I don't know what we are. We kiss and then we never talk about it. We nearly die frozen in each other's arms, but we never talk about it, so no, I got no clue what we are.

Awwwwwwwww . . . The music was beautiful, and fit perfectly . . . I loved the black-and-white memories, especially that last one (isn't that where Clark kisses Lois goodbye during the heatwave?) . . . Had to go read the fic again after seeing that trailer!
Don't point. You make holes in the air and the faeries escape.

Lois: Can I go? Clark: No. Lois: Oh come on, Clark, why do we go through this? We both know Iโm going to go. Clark: Then why do you ask? Lois: Iโm trying to be nice.

Oh, good God! Have I *not* read this story?! Huge, *huge* oversight on my part! OMG! Really, what's wrong with me? Oh... I know... that was during the time I wasn't here... then when I got back, I was just so overwhelmed with great, awesome stories, I couldn't choose. That's my excuse... though, pretty flimsy if you ask me, seeing as Kae is one of my all time favorite authors! But as for this trailer, Wendy... Great stuff!!! Great choice on the beginning clips! Lois having fun, being comfortable with Clark... just really sets the mood (and heck if I'm reading too much into it ) as far as Lois having that feeling of not being rushed into her feelings about Clark. She has time, she can fall in love if she wants to according to what she's comfortable with... Or so she thinks. And that "... echo of his voice..." Gah! Does she really call his answering machine to hear his voice again? You know... that sounds familiar... And the end... well, to be quite honest, it confuses me a bit... but oh, God! Angst, angst, angst! Why does it confuse me? Well... I'm trying to remember out of all the snippits of fic in my head if I've read this darned story! Kae? Did I send you feedback on this one? Well, regardless, I'm obviously going to have to read it again! So you'll get some! Oh... right... we're here for Wendy and feedback for the trailer. The music is just wonderfully sad and the emotion of the whole trailer... just wow! And if I could remember if I've read it or not, I'm sure it matches up with the story superbly! Keep up with the trailers, Wendy!!!! (And the writing ) Sara

Well I've read the story now. Beautifully done K. Oh and Wendy, nice trailer. It captures the mood of the story well enough. I have only one minor complaint. Make that one major complaint. What the heck are you doing making videos when you should be writing more fan fiction! Your videos are nice but I miss your stories<g> Write soon. Laura

Awwwwwwwwww. <snuffle> Lovely, Wendy. Captures the tone and atmosphere of a great story just beautifully. Excellent! LabRat
Athos: If you'd told us what you were doing, we might have been able to plan this properly. Aramis: Yes, sorry. Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.
