Well, this is officially the hugest piece of sap I've ever done What can I say, the holidays do this to me. Angst will resume in January! The song is "Grown Up Christmas List", sung by Amy Grant, and this is my WAFF-on-a-rampage response to Lab's Christmas video challenge. Grown Up Christmas List Hope you enjoy!

Oh, yay, you made a video to one of the favourite Christmas songs. I liked the clips you chose, especially for the "and love will never end" lines. This made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, indeed. Thanks!

I just love that gesture when clark pets her nose at the end, just adorable! Very sweet video and a beautiful song. I never heard it before. Wonderful job. Merry Christmas. Laura

I love it. Using the childish Lois at the beginning was a nice touch. And there were so many times I said "aw," both sweet and sad, but especially sweet. I think Ellen and Sam's hug at 1:00 was one of the best. All the couples hugging moments were sweet, though. And so was Jimmy hugging Lois.
I liked the usage of "tv" footage for the "no more lives torn apart." What's best is that we get to see Lois and Clark react to what they're seeing.
The "blind belief" - "truth" section at 3:25 was an example of beautifully matched lyrics and visuals. That is great for Lois' realization.

Ohhhhhhhhhh. Major, major lip-wobbling time! You made me cry! What a wonderful, Christmas WAFF-fest this was. <happy sigh> And...what Tzigone said. Just sums up what I felt, word for word. Beautifully done! LabRat

You put in some really nice touches. Great job.
Great intro with Lois acting like a little child due to the space rats.
Ditto whoever mentioned the "wars" part.
Also liked the little girl hugging Superman to match "friend".
In fact, the more I watch it, the more I notice how well you chose your scenes.
What a great video!

That was beautiful! I particularly liked each clip of someone hugging a friend. A little sap is okay during the holidays! Susan

I've never heard this song before, but I have heard of Amy Grant because she's a Christian artist and I listen to Christian radio. This was really beautiful no other word for it! I loved the scene from Season's Greedings of Danielle and that teddy bear it was so sweet and absolutely cute.

Thanks I really enjoy Amy Grant, and when Lab issued the challenge, I remembered I had her Christmas CD on my rack. I figured why not give it a go?

I've seen this video before of course, and I totally watched it on repeat in July, wishing it was Christmas! Lol. I love it. It's beautifully done and just gives me those warm and fuzzy feelings we all love.
